Who Should Use the Out-of-Hours Number?

Our out-of-hours line is for situations that genuinely cannot wait until office hours. Examples include:

  • A care worker has not arrived for a scheduled visit and cannot be reached
  • A client's condition has changed significantly and you are unsure what to do
  • A client or care worker has had a fall or accident
  • Medication has not been given as prescribed
  • There is a safeguarding concern that needs immediate escalation
  • A care worker needs urgent advice or support during a visit

For routine queries, changes to schedules, or non-urgent feedback, please contact us during office hours or use our online contact form.

Safeguarding Concerns

If you have a concern that an adult or child is being abused, neglected, or is at risk of harm, please refer to our Safeguarding Policy for the appropriate contacts. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, call 999 first.
