The aim is simple. People lead full, independent lives while receiving the right level of support, shaped around their own goals, strengths, and hopes.

Supported living gives a person their own home, whether shared or self-contained, with flexible care from our trained support staff. It offers a real alternative to residential care, one built on choice, dignity, and autonomy, so each person stays firmly in control of their own life.

Everyone we support deserves a safe, respectful, and well-run home, and we hold ourselves to that. All staff are trained in adult safeguarding and follow strict procedures aligned with the Care Act and local authority protocols, within an open culture that encourages people to speak up. Each person has their own risk assessment, written with them and reviewed regularly, so that risk is managed without ever crowding out independence and choice.

Self-contained flats for individuals ready for more independent living.
Properties with accessible features and staff sleep-in rooms where needed.
We discuss the individual's situation sensitively and without pressure.
A qualified nurse assesses needs, goals, and the right level of support.
We co-create a support plan and match the right home and team.
Support starts, with 24/7 on-call support and nursing oversight where needs are clinical, plus regular reviews.
We welcome referrals and enquiries from local authorities, NHS teams, housing providers, and families, and liaise with them within whatever arrangements are agreed for a referral.
