Background
One of our clients experienced a partial stroke which affected her mobility, speech, and ability to manage some daily activities independently. Following her recovery journey, she required ongoing support at home to assist with rehabilitation, daily living tasks, and maintaining her confidence.
The Challenge
After the stroke, the client experienced reduced physical strength and difficulties with certain everyday activities. She needed support with domestic tasks, therapy exercises, and practical assistance with communication and computer use while working towards regaining her independence.
Our Intervention
Our care team provided supportive and rehabilitative care tailored to the client’s recovery goals. This included:
